HV Phone is a business phone system that can be accessed from anywhere (office, home and mobile phone) because it runs in the "cloud." Being in the cloud just means the phone system is hosted in a secure data center instead of your office closet. You connect to the phone system using a VoIP desktop phone, an app on your mobile phone or via your computer using a headset similar to Skype. It supports all the standard business phone system (PBX) features you would normally have like extensions, voicemail, voice menus (e.g. "press 1 for sales, 2 for..."). The system supports multiple physical locations so they can all share the same phone system. So if you have three offices, each office can connect to the same system and all your calls can ring to every location. It support conference calls, video conferencing and tons of other features. You can keep your existing phone numbers by porting them into our system or get new numbers. We handle all the details and paperwork to transfer your existing phone lines to our system and then provide you with training and support on how to use your new phones. Basically, it is an enterprise grade phone system without the headache or cost associated with doing it yourself.

Configuring 3CX and Twilio requires expert skills in networking and phone provisioning. We have server templates ready to launch and can get your system running in a few short days. We sell Yealink phones and particularly like their T5 Series.
We fully manage the backing up of your 3CX server. Backups run nightly onsite and offsite for complete protection. The backups are stored offsite encrypted in two different geographic areas. We also offer a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution for you existing onsite 3CX server.
Optional programming can be created to support Text/SMS and Fax Relays. Text messages can be configured for each phone number to either forward to email or a mobile phone. Faxes are delivered as PDFs via email. Using Twilio, phone numbers must dedicated as either voice or fax (one number cannot be both).
It is recommended to install the 3CX SBC software in your local network. The SBC acts as a proxy server between the hosted 3CX server and the phones in your office. We can work with your local IT support team or directly install into your network.
